Spectacular Virtual Events

Virtually Yours Events was the keystone in our wedding! About 150 people joined us for our Zoom Wedding and Jess managed to orchestrate the entire party seamlessly. Her knowledge of how Zoom functions helped her move us from table to table, giving us a chance to talk to everyone. She was able to assist some guests who were not set up with Zoom, and not very technological, log in as well. Jess played a video, integrated Spotlight Toasts, knew who needed to be at which table when, played music, and screen shared when needed. Leading up to the event, Jess was incredibly attentive and wanted to make sure each moment was exactly how we envisioned it.

Virtually Yours helped us survive a quarantine wedding without needing to cut down on our guest list - we even were able to expand it! We are so thankful for the work that Jess did and are thrilled with the end result. I couldn’t imagine getting married any other way!

I can truly say that I had no idea how much I needed Virtually Yours for our wedding.

A little back story; my wife and I (like many others during this pandemic) found ourselves adjusting almost daily to the changes that arose. Our June 8th park wedding turned into an impromptu June 12th elopement in front of our apartment. I call it an elopement only because my wife and I were bummed that we didn’t get our dream wedding and calling it an elopement helped. We had plenty of ideas about what to do but no idea how to do them. Everything from a full scale rehearsed production with inspiring performance and virtual family speeches to just the two of us and someone to make it official. We decided not to try too hard.

Jess came to us with a simple offer to “help out anyway she can.” with a couple days notice and virtually no rehearsal, Jess single handedly administered a surprise 150 guest Zoom Wedding. She organized groups, ON THE FLY, making private rooms quick and easy, so that friends and family had a moment to catch up. She controlled microphone feedback and video lag with expert skill. AND IT WAS ALL RECORDED FOR US TO KEEP.

She comes from years of working in live performance as a Broadway Stagehand. 8 shows a week every week of every year in a career that doesn’t have room for failure. That expertise shows.

Trust me when I say, YOU NEED HER HELP!!!

Thanks so much Jess!   You did an awesome job!  I could not have done this on my own.  It was a great replacement for an in-person party (which would have been way more expensive, way more work, and filled with headaches.)  I certainly appreciate your professionalism and efforts.

I just loved all those little boxes, filled with the voices and faces of my children, grandchildren and great grand children! I never dreamed my 90th would be so wonderful during the pandemic.

I am here to celebrate Jess Morton and Virtually Yours Events. I contacted Jess because we are not able to gather in person to celebrate my mother‘s 90th birthday. Jess's company’s focus of how to create this type of family celebration over zoom is exactly what we needed.

Jess was not only friendly and helpful but knowledgeable about zoom and its capabilities to the point where we were almost able to create a rough outline of our event in our first zoom meeting.
 

Jess and I spoke for some length about all the possible ways that we could make this fun for my mom. Jess's creativity, ease of communication, and her genuine enthusiasm and love for her work came shining through during my entire relationship with her and her company.

I highly recommend Jess and her company to anyone trying to create a special event during these troubling times.

Virtually Yours recently organized and managed a Zoom birthday party for me that had 42 people at 14 different locations in attendance. The event lasted an hour and a half and was well organized with activity every step of the way. The pre party planning was well thought out and everything went off without a hiccup. Jessica acted as emcee throughout so there was no lag in activity and everyone involved had a chance to participate when they wanted to. A pre party package was sent to each household that included a backdrop, some game pieces, a sample of my favorite cookies, lemonade, photo booth props, and a letter explaining what would be happening and how to set up for the party.

Jessica was very receptive to suggestions from my wife and me and actually helped embellish our ideas to be more effective. Her attention to detail was obvious. In this era of quarantines and social distancing, this was the best possible way to have a birthday party.

Thank you for all your help in planning my parents 50th (Digital) Anniversary Party! It was so special, heartfelt and joyous! Jessica turned what had been a very disappointing canceled trip to Las Vegas into one of the most special days of our lives (literally!)- and all socially distant from our homes! Thank you so much!
